Training and syncs

I just started Xert after using the time crunched cyclist approach for years. In my enthusiasm to get started, I synced to both Zwift and Strava. I did my first workout today using Xert EBC to control my Kickr Bike while riding in Zwift. I have an Ant+ adapter, so I connected everything to the PC with that except the trainer control and used Bluetooth for all connections in EBC. That worked great.

After completing the workout, I now have two activities on the planner: one from EBC and one from Zwift. I need to delete one, and my question is which one to keep. The data is slightly different like XSS of 103 from EBC and 101 from Zwift. Will one or the other work better from an AI perspective or is the difference immaterial? I do like seeing the Zwift maps on the planner, but my focus is on getting performance gains.

Somewhat related - My fitness goal is Alpe du Zwift in under 1 hour with my PB being 1:03 in a well trained state. I have my program set to “Continuous” and focus of “Sprint Time-Triallist”

Summarizing, which activity should I keep on the planner to get the best use from Xert?

Thanks!

I haven’t used Zwift in a while but don’t you see both the Zwift course map and the activity power chart under the EBC entry?
With EBC you also get an activity summary report sent to Strava when the activity is uploaded to the XO server.

Sprint TT puts you in the endurance quadrant.
For Focus Type I’d suggest Climber or GC Specialist. You can always change it over time to see the difference or on-the-fly using Filter to change Focus for a recommended list.
