Swap days in the calendar

I’ve been looking and haven’t found an answer.
I wanted to know if it is possible to change the objectives between two days.
Example: Swap a Saturday with pure endurance (120XSS) for a Sunday with polar gc specialist (246XSS).
In other words, do Saturday’s training on Sunday and do Sunday’s training on Saturday.
If this is possible, I would appreciate information on how to do it.
Thanks.

From what I can tell, you can either just do whatever workout / activity you want, and Xert will modify the next training based on the data you uploaded. You can also on the calendar / training screen select specific workouts and schedule them if you want to keep the exact workouts that have been prescribed.

I’m new to Xert and don’t have a power meter, so I just ride and upload and see what it recommends. Sometimes I try to match the workouts as close as I can (intervals), sometimes I just ride a route (base/zone 2/endurance).

Oh, and after uploading workouts, you can always hit the Adapt Forecast button to force a recalculation of training schedule based on whatever goals you set. You can also force rest days in the training tab.

Stay tuned…

I just did this indirectly actually by swapping my time constraint on the two days. The endurance day was scheduled with 3.5 hrs and the intensity day was scheduled with 2 hrs. I swapped the time constraints and adapted, and everything readjusted properly. Alternatively, you can pin the appropriate workouts on each day and adapt.

Thanks for the answers, I’ll see if I can resolve it.
