Sorry for this question - I assume I am doing something obviously wrong.
I signed up for Xert 10 days ago and have been using it to generate custom workouts in Zwift. Each morning when I hop on the bike, the suggested workout is Riot. Everytime.
When I look at the Training tab in “My Fitness”, under the “Workout Ready”, it says “user selected”. The workout is “SMART : Riot”. Did I select it somehow?
How much history is on file?
How many hours/week are you currently training? (status stars count)
Are you running XATA set to Continuous ATP with a blank calendar?
Hi,
Because I am in the trial period, it only uses the last 3 months of history. The “Training Status” is on 1 star.
I have it setup for a 45min morning ride Mon-Fri (5 days) per week (Xert figured this out by itself just by looking at my history). It is set up as “Continuous Improvement”.
Thanks.
Continuous ATP is like Build phase in a traditional progression.
When calculated form is fresh (blue) HIT will be recommended.
There are only a few 1-2 diamond HIT workouts in the Library, plus the workout selection is limited during a trial.
My suggestion would be to disable automatic push to Zwift (if that is enabled under Planner Settings) and choose a workout to Send to Zwift when ready to train (paper airplane icon).
Another option is to use Autogen on HIT days (generate and Send).
On tired (yellow) days there are plenty of endurance level workouts to choose from in the 1-2 diamond range although I’m not sure how many are visible during a trial.
If you decide to subscribe consider enabling automatic workout to Zwift especially if you can reach 2 stars status where the Library selection expands.
