More than one activity per day with Forecast AI?

Hi folks,
I’m new to Xert and just doing my first steps on this platform. I imported my past Strava activities and have now planned to reach a goal with forecast AI. In general everything seems to work fine. I’m wondering, however, how the forecast deals with activities from other sports imported via Strava.

On a typical day I might be doing some indoor rowing in the morning. But nothing long or exhausting, thus should typically not prevent me from doing a cycling workout in the evening.

However, it seems that Xert having imported my rowing workout from this morning via Strava, will not consider another activity for the same day. As I will not be available for the coming three days, this means it won’t schedule an activity before Friday. Is this intended behavior? How should I deal with it? Manually select a workout? Prevent Xert from importing any other activities than cycling?

Best regards,

Christoph

If the rowing activities are adding to your XSS totals you’ll want to create a separate profile and configure Strava sync in Xert to segregate your cycling data from rowing.
See this post (a running question but same issue applies if activity includes power data) –

Under Planner settings you have the option to display combined profiles on the calendar as well as summarize or stack multiple activities during a day.
