1. Tap user icon and create a separate Running profile.
   Sync run data to that profile.
2. Disable run power on Garmin.

Running XSS seems Super High

There are multiple post about the same thing. You need to put your runs in a separate sports profile or turn off the power data. Garmin Run power is typically 50 percent higher than your cycling power. Xert will basically not distinguish between the activity types in one sports profile, so you will get very high XSS values and possibly a breakthrough.
