Hello everyone, I’m hoping you can help me with a question regarding my XFAI plan.
I created an 8-week plan with a Rouleur focus. My available training times are:

Monday 5:00 AM – 60 minutes

Tuesday 6:00 PM – 150 minutes

Thursday 5:00 AM – 60 minutes

Friday 5:00 AM – 60 minutes

Saturday – 90–120 minutes (flexible)

Sunday – 180 minutes (flexible)
Currently, XFAI often schedules HIT sessions for my 5:00 AM slots. I don’t find this ideal. I would prefer to have HIT sessions on Tuesday evenings, Saturday, or Sunday.
Is there a way to adjust this? Having a HIT session at 5:00 AM occasionally is fine, but I would prefer to avoid it regularly.
Any tips or tricks on how to manage XFAI scheduling for early mornings would be greatly appreciated!
