I just checked the Xert site, and I see it scheduled a workout for today, and it’s already in progress? Why does it do this?
I think it is too late now, but… In my case it works to go to the “planner” tab and delete it from there.
Is Automatically Schedule enabled on Planner?
If yes, Xert will automatically select a workout after midnight each night and add it to the Planner with a Start time that reflects when you normally work out on that day of the week.
If you miss that Start time a countdown timer will display on the Training page indicating time Remaining. That doesn’t prevent you from starting the workout from the beginning on EBC.
If you prefer to do something else you can delete the entry on the Planner.
Planned activities that are never completed are cleared from the Planner after midnight.
The countdown timer is a function of scheduling a group session where participants can join a session before it starts and warm up or join one in progress. This function does not apply to solo sessions.
In prior versions of Xert a scheduled session would clear from the Planner when end time had elapsed. This behavior was changed when XFAI was introduced. Planned workouts now remain on the Planner until midnight in case you are unable to start the workout at the scheduled time.
