I’m a bit confused about what is being said here… Is it referring to a specific workout or just any workouts I do this week? There isn’t a workout on the planner today but was telling me what to focus on in the workout… “Interval Power: 340 Watts, Interval Duration: 21 Seconds, Recovery Power: 85 Watts”
You have Tommow’s Training selected on the 3-day window.
Scroll up a little and you’ll see that is the title for the recommended list.
Tap on Today or Wed to see advice for those days.
General training advice reflects top-level guidance which is this case is Mixed Puncheur for approximately 30 minutes at 2-diamond Difficulty.
Interval target advice reflects free ride intervals you could ride outdoors similar to what Magic Buckets would do to meet the goal for the day.
Suitable workouts are shown on recommended list if they exist in the Workouts Library.
Otherwise, Magic Buckets/Autogen can be used to generate a workout to match the XSS goal for the day. This would be appropriate in this case since there aren’t many 30-minute workouts in the Library or any that match that goal.

Interesting. That’s a truly unintuitive UX/UI and would have no idea that those forecasted training days were even clickable… It also doesn’t do anything to indicate which one you clicked if you do guess to click one…For instance, if you are on Today’s Training on the left, the area on the right doesn’t say anything about Today’s Training, it says “Additional Training”. Additional Training for what? Today? Later?
