What is scheduled for tomorrow? And each day this week?

I have set my plan for continuous improvement and moderate progression. Each day, I look at my home screen and it tells me what I need to do in each bucket and suggests workouts. The workouts typically seem appropriate and I execute to the best of my ability.

I often need to know how long the workout will be for tomorrow and the next day and each day this week and perhaps next week. Where can I find that?

My planner is blank for all the days. I’ve searched all over and can’t find anything telling me what I need to do daily for the next week or two..

Have you set a goal date for your improvement? I typically set it for 120 days ahead and once the program is generated the dates are filled with workouts and duration - hope this helps

I usually go to the planner and then schedule individual workouts for the upcoming days and see what the system recommends for any given day of interest. I am not sure how good this method is, i.e. does it take into account the XSS from the preceding scheduled workouts. But it seems to work. Then I usually delete the workouts from the planner. I did not check how close this “prognosis” is to the actual workouts recommended when the day actually comes.
