Hi, new user yet to commit to a plan.
I do weekly club time trials (5-20 miles) on a Wednesday and want to build this into my training. Can I populate these in advance and have Xert work around it? They’re not high priority events, so I don’t want to taper really etc (although maybe not have a hard day before)
