Hello,
I’m planning to do a triathlon (M) at the beginning of June. Here are the course details: 47 km - 800m elevation
So I’ve set it up like this:
Have I done it right?
I’m not sure about the 200XS, it’s just a moderate-high effort, bearing in mind that I’m keeping some under my feet for the running part.
XERT thinks I’m only going to do 5 hours of cycling a week, which isn’t entirely wrong, but I also do 2-3 sessions of swimming and 2-3 sessions of running, which should help me a little in my cycling progress with this cross-training.
How can I be sure that my XERT programme won’t be undervalued, given the contributions of swimming and running?
Thanks!
