That is normal and the result of how Xert tracks low and high/peak recovery loads.
You’ll have days that push you into red for a short time (hours not days) and form quickly returns to blue (not yellow). This is especially true as your status stars count (TL) increases and the HIT workout is “mild” in comparison to what’s necessary to push you into yellow the next day.
