I’ve started the build phase of my race AI plan and to have a really good crack at getting a result I need to up my training hours.
Now with work, family life etc I will struggle to find the time to do increased duration workouts in one go. Best case scenario for me would be to do a one hour low TP / endurance ride in the morning and then a 1 - 1 1/2 hour ride in the evening depending on what that planner is giving me.
Is there a way to set this up? Or is it a case of ‘tracking/noting’ down the even session so my early training doesn’t cause the planner to ‘over write’ the session and red my xss for the day. Also do I set available as total time or just for one session?
This doubling up will only be temporary until my race but it looks to be the only way to achieve the desired workout hours in the week.
