Training weekend

My wonderful wife has suggested I get lost for a weekend. Friday-Sunday. I could leave Thursday after work 7ish. For context I’m in southern Ontario an hour from Toronto. Two questions.

  1. Any suggestions on where to fly? I’m thinking North/South Carolina.

  2. I’m doing the P2A at the end of April. What type of workouts would be worthwhile at that time? Any thoughts on how to structure a weekend like that?
