Training status question

I’m a beginner and a bit confused – I need some help.
Xert training status(Home-My Fitness - Training) shows “very tired” and that I need recovery:

But when I go into the planner(Home - My Fitness - Planner) and click “add an activity for today(10.05.2025),” Xert shows that my training status is completely different – “fresh.” And it suggests not a recovery ride at all:

Could you please explain why there is such an inconsistency?

Yes, that’s in the future. But it will already be in two hours. Did I understand you correctly that Xert thinks at 09:04 AM (the time I’m writing you this reply) I’m still very tired, but by 10:45 I’ll already be fresh?

As you see, the status changes from minute to minute (or second to second).
