Training Program suggestions for 600k Ultra race

Hey all,

Former Xert user, just signed up again to prep for next spring.

I’m intrigued by the new AI features, but I’m getting bogged down in all the details and looking for member suggestions on how to best use the Xert training platform to prepare for an ultra race? Currently have it set to increase 4 min power, Mixed Puncheur w/50% specificity. And how often do I need to hit the Adapt Forecast button, as it seems to always think my availability has changed?

In the meantime, I’ll just keep riding!
