Is it normal for the training deficit to lag behind the day’s training?
EG. This morning I saw a training deficit of 143 and saw that it didn’t seem to have taken in account the weight training I did yesterday, indeed that was gone, disappeared. So put it in manually. This didn’t change anything. So chose a workout to do today based on that suggested for the day. Opened the app again an hour later and now I have a deficit of 69 so have to re.think my days training which I am glad for as I felt 169 was wrong.

It sounds like the training deficit may not update in real time, which can cause some lag. It’s normal for apps to have a slight delay in reflecting updates like weight training, especially if they require syncing.
