I had to take an impromptu rest day and have a low intensity ride autogenerated for tomorrow (Thursday). On Friday, I have a high intensity (Pure Pursuiter) workout autogenerated/planned. On Saturday, I have my long ride/group ride which is a difficult ride. To be in the best shape for Saturday, I want to switch my Thursday and Friday workouts but I can’t figure out how to do that. Is there an easy way to switch my scheduled workouts? Thanks!
