Sweet spot/under and overs

Hello All, with TP at 259 and LTP at 210 what should the sweet spot targets be? Likewise for under and overs? Thank you for any help

You can find a few traditional SS workouts in the Library by searching for “sweet”.
Example, 2x20 @ 82% TP.
Otherwise a number of workouts have intervals that pass through “green” rather than hang there. :wink:
Another option is to select one of the “free ride” workouts and adjust % or switch to Slope mode and ride in “green” for as long as you want at the level you want.
Ditto outdoors by hanging in green on the rainbow gauge (Magic Buckets or Dashboard).

Search for “over/under” and you’ll find some over/under workouts based on LTP and TP.
On the low end (just above LTP) select one of the “lucy” workouts for an o/u endurance workout.
