Hey Everyone! First POST!!

Can someone give me the TLDR on reseting my “current fitness”. I think I’m overstated with my TP, and I’d like to start with a semi-clean slate going into January, how do I point XERT at my current workouts, so that it uses that as baseline instead of stuff from last summer?

Another option is to deliberately lower your numbers on most recent activity and select Save (lock) then move forward from there.
You’ll know soon enough if the values are too low and you can reset them by riding a fitness test workout in Slope mode.
