Send other activities to xert?

Hello, I would like to know if I should or should not upload other activities to Xert, such as yoga, strength, walking?
Will this impact my training plan?

As I understand it, if your other activities do not have power values attached, then it shouldn’t too much. They will not affect TP, HIE or PP, but will obviously add to Training Load values as XSS will be recorded

If you have heart rate data for your other activities, you can upload them and set “heart rate derived metrics” on in your settings. (I also had to disable “auto estimate heart rate parameters” to get it to work.) Xert should then give them an XSS score.

Unless you’re doing long walks or high intensity activities with an elevated heart rate, it probably won’t make too much of a difference compared to your other training. Try it and see what happens. If the XSS scores are all small (like single digit or less than 20) then probably no impact. If the XSS scores are larger (maybe over 50) then there may be an impact.

I play some other sports too and have had sessions that impacted my fitness scores and changed my training plan - mostly around high intensity energy. If you have an hour long zone 2 HR walk a couple times a week, it would probably make some kind of difference.
