Selecting a workout

it is not really arbitrary, it is a percentage of the maximum that trainer can generate as resistance. So it varies based upon that single specification. if the max wattage for a trainer is 1500 watts then 50% is 750 watts. So that is how to understand the difference.

I learned something new today. Thanks @skinner_ron !

Edit: That being saidā€¦ In my opinion, itā€™s still much less useful than SLOPE

Agreed but maybe there us a edge case utilityā€¦ I canā€™t think of one!

To the OPs question, if you could filter by 2 stars or less, and then high + peak stress = 0 (I get this filter doesnā€™t exist), youā€™d get exactly the types of workouts they were after, right?

True since the OP never wants to exceed LTP.
For that you can search the library for ā€œpure enduranceā€.
Or search for ā€œfree ride enduranceā€, pick a duration (60 min to 6 hours  ) and ride the workout in Slope mode, never exceeding LTP if that is your goal. Just like riding easy endurance outdoors.

Specificity filter just dropped. Iā€™m going to see if that would do the trickā€¦
