Remaining recovery

Bonjour,

Le système “High” est moins fatigué que le système “Low” est-ce possible?

Merci pour votre aide, je reçois moins de réponse à mes questions ces derniers temps

I’m using AI to answer this one.

Low, High, and Peak Recovery Load in Xert represent how much recovery your body needs from the three different energy systems you’ve recently stressed. Each one decays at its own rate and influences your Training Status (Fresh / Tired / Very Tired)

Xert uses all three recovery loads to determine:

  • Training Status color (Fresh, Tired, Very Tired)
  • Recommended workout intensity
  • Whether you’re ready for High or Peak strain
  • How much recovery you still need

The recovery loads are modeled using exponential functions with different time constants.

Recovery Load Type Energy System Decay Speed What High Values Mean
Low RL Aerobic / Endurance Slowest You need endurance recovery; avoid long aerobic strain
High RL Glycolytic / High‑Intensity Medium Avoid threshold/VO₂max work
Peak RL Neuromuscular / Sprint Fastest Avoid sprint workouts

Bonjour,

I’d like to chime in and hijack the post, since my question is regarding remaining recovery, too!

Xert says I still need 13hrs to recover my peak power and my overall training status is orange/tired - and still gives me intervals way above TP. Is this a bug or intended?

Cheers from germany
Daniel
