I will be having knee replacement surgery in early April, and am looking for advice - and ideally a training plan - for my recovery period. Obviously I will complete whatever ‘no resistance’ exercise is prescribed by my surgeon & physio first - I’m looking for a plan to take me from ‘surgery and no exercise for 6? weeks, but able to exercise’ back to my current level of fitness, without risking injury.
Not sure if this is the place, so I’m happy for mods to remove.
I’m a physio, I work in orthopaedics and seen many TKR’s. Would be happy to book in for a virtual session and advise re prehab and rehab if you wished.
