I updated my program to a Race Plan for a Zwift race scheduled on 12/21/2025.
I was looking for the best way to use these three weeks leading up to the race, but it has me resting 3 out of the next 4 days, but 6 straight workouts next week.
Two to three weeks out is more short-term Goal than a periodized plan for an Event/Race many weeks/months away,
What happens if you set Dec 21 as a Goal date, bump up selected Focus Duration power into the yellow/red text warning zone, and run the forecast (ignoring the warning)?
If I can’t use a power file to recommend a 3-week plan for a specific event, it should tell me that. Honestly, if I just keep re-running the plan, it spits something different out each time. Seems random and not helpful at all. I love the concept, but it just doesn’t seem to work as expected. Thanks for the reply though!
