Hi everyone, normally I divide the day’s training into two: half outdoors with endurance training like “Lucy in the sky” or progressive up to ftp, then on the roller I do the specific hiit of the day (I have 5 stars and 22 hours of training per week so I am almost always assigned a hiit) where it is clear that it is the best way to do it. My question is whether it is better to do outdoor resistance training before HIIT or after. If I do the HIIT first without any problems but you can still feel that my legs have worked, if I do the HIIT first and then the endurance the positive thing is that, free from the main training, I can also push “a bit” plus without sparing myself too much. The question is what is the physiologically ideal combination, regardless of how I feel. Thank you!
