Sorry if I’m posting too much, just getitng my training mojo back, with weight to lose and fitness to gain.
Is anyone a nutrition planner like Helix or Foodcoach, the idea sounds interesting for planning nutrition and carb intake around training intensity/days. I’m personlly trying to adapt to a lower carb diet on non intensity days, increasing carb intake to fuel training sessions and racing - not low carb lifestyle, but increasing/reducing carbs around training to be flexible (I lack control when it comes to eating processed carbs).
Is anyone using Xert in a way to plan daily carb requirements based on daily L/H/P XSS bucket training requirements? I was thinking that perhaps there could be some kind of model/guestimator to used based on L/H/P XSS training loads for a given day….. I’m not talking ‘feature request’ at this stage, but some say to estimate pre training carb intake requirements for a given day/workout.
I guess I could look at historic activities, but does 50g carbs burned in an activity mean that you only need to eat 50g carbs before the activity, or is there some calculation to apply to estimate the required pre workout carbs?
