I decided to sigh up for this 6 months ago. I have played around with it and tried to follow it and I didn’t find it valuable. I decided to try it again, and now I remember why I have up 6 months ago. How to arrange things isn’t intuitive. I know there are YouTube videos and I have asked Gemini ( which has been the most useful ) I just want to start from scratch. If I could receive the 3 basic steps to set up a program, Step 1 go, Step 2 go to, Step 3 go to. I find my experience is similar to many on Reddit and I would prefer to not go back to Trainer Road which is more intuitive but didn’t love the workouts

Hey Brent,
Since Xert provides a number of different ways to plan and do your training, there can be a miriad 1-2-3 how-to steps you could follow. If you’re willing to share what you want to achieve, we’d be happy to provide the 3 easy steps you can follow. Xert isn’t that hard in the end. It’s just a different way of thinking about things that some don’t have an open mind towards.
