Since the Training Pacer reflects a moving weighted average of XSS over a rolling seven-day window, it also takes time to adjust to new patterns such as a sudden increase or decrease in TL.
You can instantly change the Training Pacer needle position and assessment if you raise ramp rate (IR) which would correspond with your increase in hours and TL.
Of course, you’ll want to lower it again if you’re resuming your normal weekly load.
