My mpa says it’s 1200 W. I’ve never seen 1200 on my garmin. I’d say the biggest I’ve seen is 700-800. Is the 1200 a power spike? Should u be able to reach and hold mpa for so many seconds?
Take a look at the activity list and see when you had the breakthrough that increased PP to this level. If this activity had some issues, you can just flag it.

Ok. So is it a power spike? I’m not looking at my garmin when I’ve done these efforts to know. How long can a person typically hold mpa ?
