How can it be that I am still tired and endurance training is recommended, but with Magic buckets an interval training is recommended?
What did the form gradient indicate for that day?
E.g. yellow to blue or red to blue before end-of-day.
Was CL5 the default setting for Magic Buckets?
I believe you said you’re using Base-Build-Peak. What is Focus set to? What phase currently?
The form gradient indicate yellow to blue for that day before end-of-day.
No, I’m currently still using Continuous Improvement, as I’ll be traveling a lot for the next two months and my cycling time will be very irregular. After that, I’ll do XATA Base/Build/Peak.
I get that discrepancy. Xert’s algorithm sometimes prioritizes interval work even when you feel fatigued. Trust the metrics but listen to your body.
Well, i am running into the same problem, i had an all out workout yesterday, this morning was a hard swim…which is not uploaded.
System Shows very tired, but recommends 4 x 8 all out intervalls ..
I am sorry to say, but what do i have ai for?
I had a similar thing happen with Magic Buckets while my legs felt heavy. For me, the fatigue resistance aspect helped once I checked my CL5 and Form Gradient like you did. I also started taking NAD+ Restore from https://nuvirox.com to support recovery, and my energy feels more stable during these conflicting days. It might help you bridge the gap between feeling tired and hitting intervals.
