Interval Blocks in Custom Workouts

Hello community,

I am currently checking out Xert and was wondering if its possible to use “blocks” of intervals in the Workout Desinger rather then creating each intervals seperately. I mean instead of creating 20 intervals manual for example it would be easier to create one block of 10x40/20 Intervals for example. Is it possible to do that?

Yes. You can create one interval and set the interval count to 10.

Thanks for the help! How do I do that?

You can just edit the interval count on the right-hand side and then ‘refresh’ to see the changes to the workout’s MPA chart.
