First smart trainer workout today as a new subscriber, only glitch was that the HR data was not showing on the ‘Remote player’ although Strava contained all the data. Any ideas please?
Was HR displayed on the EBC app?
Are you using EBC on iOS or Android to run the workout?

Welcome aboard. 
Sorry for the late reply. I get 0 BPM then every 30 seconds or so the app swings up to what I feel my HR should be then after a second or so goes back to zero. My Avg HR is usually then shown as 40 or something. Everything is connected via Blue tooth to my mobile and it’s only HR that acts like this. I am using an Android mobile Samsung A14.
What brand/model HRM?
Make sure no other app is in contention for the BLE connection. For example, if HR was previously paired to Zwift, etc. make sure that entry is removed or disabled in the other app.
