How do you set the training plan for cross racing that begins late September and continues until early December?
I have mine set to base-build-peak mixed pursuiter that concludes on my second race weekend (Racing Setpember 13/14/20). Then I will toggle between 3, 4, maybe 5 minute power until the season ends on a continuous setting.
Then I will go back to base/build/peak for XCO racing that starts in April. I like the adaptive nature of this vs an entire training plan using the goals feature. Allows me to keep my schedule flexible for family and general fatigue management. (I don’t program rest I just take time off the bike when I’m feeling it.. this times out to every 3-5 weeks anyway.)
