How do you keep indoor winter rides interesting?

Now that almost every ride is inside, I am finding it harder to stay engaged through a full session. The same room and the same routine can make the time feel much longer, especially on longer endurance days. I have started mixing up the structure a bit, changing the focus from one ride to the next instead of repeating the same pattern. Shorter, more varied sessions seem to help, but I still miss the change of scenery. What do you do to keep indoor winter training interesting when every ride is inside?

What is your indoor setup?
Mine is:

  • Smart trainer
  • Phone (EBC) or occasionally Garmin (XMB)
  • Laptop (2-in-1 in tablet mode; touchscreen)
  • TV
  • 4 fans running if needed

Between laptop and TV I am never bored on LIT days (90 minutes to 3 hours).
Lots of options to choose from including free to additional subscriptions.
On HIT days I may start to watch something but during some sets it’s head down.
