Help me calibrate my signature

Hi All,

Looking forward to use the platform, but first I need help calibrating it. Currently my signature is not realistic: 305 TP - 271 LTP - 13.3 HIE.(I believe it should be something like 290 - 240 - 20). It seems that I need a short effort breakthrough to make this realistic. Any recommendation? - For reference WKO5 recommends a 2m12s (large residual). What is the best protocol specifically for Xert, so I can actually have a realistic signature. Thanks.

Are you estimating 20 HIE based on this bell curve chart?

You can manually edit a signature to establish a starting reference point to train with by entering values on your last activity chart then Save (lock).
E.g. lower TP to 290 and raise HIE to 20 then validate by performing a fitness test.

Indoors a fitness test should be ridden entirely in Slope mode especially when establishing a signature –
