New user here and getting familiar with Xert.
I would like to use Forecast AI to setup a dual peak season training plan so any tips on how to work this out would be great. Will the Forecast AI modify the recommended workouts as I progress through the season?
The first peak will be for April 11 Sea Otter 90 mile gravel race and the second July 24 Campilaro 4-day race fondo in the French Pyrenees. Any tips to help Forecast AI schedule workouts for the 4-day fondo?
That’s plenty of time to peak twice so you would setup your April target as your first progression then a new target following that event.
After April 11th you can pause for a week or so in Continuous mode (blank calendar) and purposely take some recovery time before configuring the race fondo.
For multi-day events the recommendation is to target the first day’s course with the lowest possible readiness score. A score of 1x.equates to being in the best shape for the first day plus ready to tackle following days.
