I recently did a couple of non-Xert workouts. Both reported near breakthroughs that I think are invalid. They were done using ERG mode, so I was simply following orders. If the workout required a longer duration or higher intensity for the near breakthrough intervals, I’m confident that would have been doable. Is the best way to handle these to simply flag them as invalid breakthroughs? Any other thoughts on what to do in this situation?
