Anyone got step by step instructions how to perform a workout to dfa a1. Instructions in workouts contradictory and confusing to me

Those workouts were posted by Richard Collier to the Coach section of the library.
Pick Community on the XO sidebar menu, My Coach, Join a Coach and you’ll see info to contact Richard directly.
