Current Progression v Planned/Projected Progression

I may be missing something obvious here, so excuse me if I am.

When you set a goal or forecast AI date, the forecaster projects a future progression and state… as time goes by is there a way to see your current progression against the original projected progression? ie. how am I progressing against what was projectjected at any point in time.

Hey @eeney ,Thanks for raising this… I am also curious about this feature as a new user. It would be great to track our progress against projections…

It appears to be in todays update, woohoo :grinning:

In Safari it looks like a mess. Is that Chrome? I’m trying to figure out how to do the traditional 120 day program now. It used to be a simple thing. Now? OMG.

Program, XATA, Base-Build-Peak, Target Date, Focus, Specificity, IR, Save, Done.
If you want to define Weekly Availability do that first.
You can also change Polarization Level and Recovery Demands or use the defaults.

How does weekly availability enter into the traditional base/build/peak plan? I need to tell it I can’t ride on Thursdays…so it can remind me every week I can’t ride on Thursdays?

I haven’t tried defining Availability for XATA by day of week as I don’t have any constraints.
I assume it affects the activity duration list for any days you define such as Thursdays off (unavailable).
I left the defaults as is which is Available, Use Advisor, Flex. That reflects what you normally ride each day of the week (time and duration), but you can always decide otherwise.

That’s probably the reason for it…a pre-filter. So my Moderate-1 improvement rate throws off the following warning:

**Your improvement rate is not sustainable. You should plan an easier recovery period every 24.5 weeks.

Now there’s a head-scratcher.

That’s 170 days out but the Base-Build-Peak option should cap Target Date at 120 days.
Sounds like a bug to report.
