Is it possible to reverse the training phases being recommended? I typically focus on longer endurance events and often use a “Climber” focus. I find this leaves me missing out on high end work that you might find in the Pursuiter or Puncheur athlete types. I’d like a way to begin my training with Sprinter or Pursuiter and work backwards to more endurance focused athlete types. Any ideas?

That’s not possible using the Target Event Date Program Type, but this could be achieved manually if you’d prefer. Use the ‘Continuous Improvement’ program type and manually change the Athlete Type when you wish to shift your focus. Hope that makes sense!
