Can’t do so many hours, am I understanding?

Xert is advising 16 to 17 hours week, I am doing 12ish. Why does xert show me this? I am on continuous, slow progress, decay slow. So I have to do that many hours tp progress? Help appreciated…

What have your last several weeks looked like?

Weekly training time is based on your selected Improvement Rate, your activity over the last week, & your current training load. Also note that is only estimated weekly training time. It’s very possible to achieve the XSS necessary to achieve your Improvement Rate in less time by doing harder workouts on your high-intensity days. For low-intensity days, we assume that you’ll ride around 60 XSS/hr on average.
