Ive started base phase - to me that means predominantly z2. Maybe add in a harder ride ever so often.
What are best xert settings to get proposals in that strategy? Im currently getting tranibgs with a lot of mid/high efforts so i tend to do my own thing and use xert only as a tracker, is that correct for a winter base phase?
