Adjusting power setting on training sessions on Zwift?

There’s quite a big discrepancy between my FTP in Zwift and the Threshold Power in Xert, the latter being around 30 watts higher, making the training sessions in Zwift way harder then I expect them to be and I wouldn’t be able to finish the sessions. Is there a way to adjust the Threshold Power in Xert to the same number as in Zwift?

Yes, you can just change the fitness signature of your previous workout and press save.

A typical reason for a too high TP is a HIE set too low. Another reason me a faulty power reading.

Maybe you can share the MPA chart of your previous breakthrough along with the identified fitness signature?

If you have included other non cycling activities such as runs in Xert, that might also be the problem.
