Getting started again for the season, happy to see lots of the great changes in the new XFAI, happy that we now can choose daily availability right at the outset.
Would also like the ability to choose specific days for intensity. Specifically, time available as well as type available. As an example I have two days in the week where I do weight training, they are the same two days every week, would love if the planner knew that so that I don’t get hit with HIIT on those day and the rest of the suggestions plan around that. Right now I pin some leg workouts to the planner and reforecast around that but it is a bit cumbersome.
