After I do a zwift workout( zwifts own not my xert suggestion) it’s not showing up in my Xert account even though there is a notification to say analyse of my zwift activity is ready. The workout is shown in strava withe the xert heading and stats. Races and general riding in zwift are showing in Xert? I’m on the free trial at the moment if that helps ?
How are your Sync settings configured for Strava and Zwift?

Do you also have Zwift synced to Strava?
Make sure there aren’t any conflicting overlaps.
I only have Zwift connected to Xert.
Try disabling Zwift Sync then re-enable.
