Zwift Race Warmup


Does anyone have a recommendation for the best warmup for a zwift race? I’ve done the Pre-race warmup from the library but this doesn’t get me warmed up enough…

Just do some threshold intervals together with a few short anaerobic intervals thrown in to get your heart rate up. I find 15 minutes is the minimum for me to get fully warmed up. No workout needed.
