Hi, just got back from a ride and after syncing, the activity shows zero xss score. I was riding without power, but had hr, cadence and speed sensors. Haven’t had this issue before. Would love to figure it out.

Confirm HRDM is enabled under Home, Profile Settings, General tab.
Next Download the FIT file under activity details, delete the activity, and Upload that file back in.
If that doesn’t work open the file with FitFileTools.com and confirm there is consistent data for HR and cadence. If any signifcant gap/spike you could remove the bad section and upload the edited file.
As a last resort you can go to the Planner, select [+] and create a manual entry with Duration and estimated XSS, Focus, and Specificity.
You can also check if the ride was automatically flagged by the system. If so, you can click to remove the flag and you should have XSS assigned!

had to output a .fit file and upload manually. that activity was auto flagged. but now i’m sorted. thanks for the help!
