Oct 12. is XC marathon, race pace, 165 avg. heart rate. Estimated XSS - 170
Oct 13 is SMART - Iron Man 120 done on trainer with power meter. avg. heart rate - 130. XSS - 168
I do not think it is possible that both of them are correct (I can provide tcx. records from Polar watch from both rides if needed)
