I notice that Xert always calculates calorie expenditure higher than my KJs, whereas I’m used to using KJs as my calorie guide. Not a big deal but I’m wondering why the discrepancy?
https://www.pezcyclingnews.com/toolbox/toolbox-kilojoules-and-calorie-counting/ Instead we use 23% gross efficiency since 25% is more than what has been reported scientifically. Hence a few more calories get burned when you use Xert.
